Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we want to provide you with flexibility when it comes to your bookings.

Please review our cancellation and refund policy below:

100% refund is the captains deems the weather to be unsafe or the boat experiences mechanical issues
100% refund for cancellations made 14 days before the tour date
50% refund for cancellations between 1-14 days
25% refund for same day cancellations or no shows

Accepted methods of payment

In order to confirm a tour, we require 50% deposit and the remainder due 30 days before the tour.
