We understand that booking a trip is a big deal and that sometimes life doesn't always go to plan. We try to work with you the best we can to ensure you have the best experience possible while chartering with us. 

Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we want to provide you with flexibility when it comes to your bookings. Please review our cancellation and refund policy below:

  • Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to your booking will receive a full 100% refund.

  • Cancellations made between 14 to 30 days before your booking will qualify for a 50% refund.

  • Unfortunately, for cancellations made less than 14 days before your booking, we are unable to offer a refund.
