Perched on top of Spyglass Hill in West (Best) End of Tortola, this unique villa is your home away from home. With stunning views of Jost Van Dyke and its surrounding islands, you are promised one of the best sunset views in the BVI all while relaxing in one of the hammocks or floating in the pool!
Blue Moon Villa is made up of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The primary bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, air conditioning, a king sized bed and a private balcony. The two guest rooms have air conditioning, queen sized beds, private entrances, and a shared Jack and Jill style bathroom.
The covered deck which is located poolside, has a lovely seating area and a hammock which lowers from the ceiling. There is an outside bar in this area which is decked out with everything you would need to make a delicious round of cocktails to enjoy while floating in the pool! Next to the bar, there is a dart board with a homemade cork backboard for your enjoyment. From the pool and deck you have the most amazing view of Jost Van Dyke, Sandy Cay, Green Cay, Little Jost Van Dyke, Great Tobago and, in the distance, St. Thomas. Imagine laying in one of the chaise loungers while watching the sun set over the Caribbean sea and basking in all the different hues of reds and yellows!
The kitchen has everything a chef would desire! There is a Whirlpool fridge with a built in ice maker and water dispenser, a dishwasher, multiple appliances including an Instapot, Kitchen Aid, a Nespresso machine and Mr Coffee machine, a wine fridge, and a Samsung dual oven. The living room has a loveseat, sofa and a 65" Samsung TV. The office and dining room overlook the garden and the amazing view. The office is equipped with a wireless Canon colour printer and there is WIFI throughout the villa. For those of you who like looking at the stars or the surfers down at Apple Bay, there is a telescope for your entertainment.
The villa is with in a few minutes of multiple restaurants and Long Bay Beach is 5 minutes away.

A Place Called Kokomo
A Three-bedroom private villa nestled on 3 acres of virgin habitat.
A Place Called Kokomo sits high above the azure waters of the Caribbean Sea in the beautiful British Virgin Islands. Away from the bustle of the main Island, A Place Called Kokomo is perfectly placed on the hill-tip ridge of Great Camanoe Island, surrounded by natural beauty. With 270 degree views from the master bedroom, we enjoy spectacular views and amazing night skies thanks to minimal light pollution. A short dinghy ride away from Beef Island airport, the villa is a part of Indigo Bay plantation, a private residential estate with only twenty houses spread out over a hundred acres of pristine natural habitat.
Far away from the crowds, Kokomo is perfectly placed on the ridge of Great Camanoe Island, with spectacular scenery in all directions. The villa sits on almost three acres of pristine natural vegetation, in a private residential estate on Great Camanoe Island. You have the entire villa to yourself, and it is an incredibly tranquil, peaceful locale. A classic Caribbean villa, open to the tropical breeze, with 14' high ceilings throughout and extensive use of hardwoods and local rock for construction, Kokomo sleeps six in three en-suite air-conditioned bedrooms, each with its own secluded outdoor shower. The villa also boasts a spacious central living room, well-appointed kitchen and outdoor dining room. There is also a lovely patio lounge area with fire table, and a spacious pool deck with sun loungers, a dining area and pool-side bar (equipped with fridge, ice-maker and bbq's). The property comes with its own private dock inside a protected marina, and rental includes the use of a 17' RIB with a 115hp outboard motor for getting around. The property also includes the use of a Kawasaki Mule 4-seater side-by-side for getting around in Indigo Plantation.
